About the Role
Surge Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. As a key member of the property management company, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of sectional title properties and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sectional title portfolios, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Coordinate with homeowners’ associations (HOAs) to resolve disputes and address concerns
- Develop and implement effective management strategies to optimize property values
- Monitor financial reports and budgets to ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum Matric qualification
- At least 3 years experience in Sectional Title / HOA Property Management
- Candidates based in Cape Town will be prioritised
- A business or financial qualification and a Paddocks Certificate are advantageous (if not mentioned, skip this entire section)
