About the Role
Scholtz Partners International is a generalist Recruitment agency seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Sales Manager to join our team and start their own sales team. This is a fully remote position, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in RSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing their sales team, while providing exceptional customer service to existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the sales team remotely
- Conduct client meetings via Zoom or Team
- Design and create engaging reports using Canva
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing and new clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a commission-only basis
Requirements
- 2 years plus Sales experience
- 2 years’ experience selling a service (not a product)
- Work from home experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous management experience is preferred
- Strong reporting and design skills, including proficiency in Canva
Salary & Benefits
- Commission-only salary, with a target of R0 – R40 000 p/m
- No additional benefits or perks are offered
