About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer to join our team at Civilconsult Consulting Engineers Ltd, based in Randfontein CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the progress of civil infrastructure projects on site and ensuring that contract administration and quality control is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor contractors’ progress on site daily
• Refer significant queries on design/engineering matters to the Engineer
• Ensure up-to-date contract administration and quality control
• Close out projects at the end of the contract duration

Requirements

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering
• More than 6 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects (water, sanitation, storm water, and roads)
• Experience in contract administration and quality control of civil infrastructure projects
