About the Role

IZI South Africa (Pty) Ltd is a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, and we are currently seeking an Admin Clerk to join our team in Richards Bay. As an integral part of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in providing full administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase orders
  • Consumables control and order
  • Monthly stock take
  • Customer queries
  • Pack and capture consumables
  • Attend to all client queries on consumables
  • Sending weekly & monthly reports
  • Filing of paperwork
  • Participate in the design/development/review/implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year
  • Participate in safety forums created by the company, such as safety meetings and safety talks
  • Report all safety incidents to relevant personnel
  • Discuss all safety incidents and follow-up on assigned activities
  • Attend safety education and refresher programmes
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures in the workplace
  • Distribute safety information as and when required
  • Wear protective clothing at all times

Requirements

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Cash Management processes and systems (preferred)
  • MS Office computer skills
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Numerical skills

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Mathematics/Accounting subjects recommended)
