JOB OPPORTUNITY: Experienced Personal Assistant (PA) Woodworking FactoryWe are a woodworking factory specializing in manufacturing and installation (including kitchens, built-in cupboards, and custom woodwork).We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) with 710 years proven experience to support the owner at our factory.Working Hours:Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00Location:Montana / Derdepoort areaRequirements:710 years proven experience as a Personal AssistantExcellent administrative and organizational skillsProfessional, discreet, and reliableStrong communication skills in English and AfrikaansGood computer skills (Email, Microsoft Word & Excel)Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentValid drivers license and own reliable transport (preferred)Key Responsibilities May Include:Diary and appointment management (meetings, installations, site visits)Handling emails, calls, and correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsPreparing and organizing quotations, orders, documentation, and filing systemsScheduling and follow-ups related to production and installation administrationGeneral office and factory-related administrative support.
