Job Summary
Main function would be to assist the Stock Controller in all physical and administrative functions providing accurate feedback and paying close attention to detail.
Requirements:
–
- Grade 12
- 2-Years as an Assistant Stock Controller or similar role experience
- 5-Years in warehousing or logistics environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
- Valid Driver`s Licence
KPA: –
- Maintain excel driven worksheet for all movement in and out of the warehouse
- Allocation of bin locations to picking slips
- Maintaining of picking locations in warehouse for easy access of stock
- Daily cycle counts to be actioned and reconciled with ERP system
- Conducting of stock takes as required by the company
- Maintaining of stock conversions, offcuts and overcuts on ERP system
- Maintaining of job cards, allocation of stock and updating of ERP system
- Provides support to the sales team regarding all stock queries
- Assist stores employees on the floor for all stock related queries
