Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop all guides.

• Oversee day-to-day safari operations and itineraries.

• Ensure guest safety and deliver exceptional interpretive experiences.

• Maintain high standards in tracking, wildlife knowledge, and field protocols.

• Coordinate with lodge management on guest feedback, logistics, and operational planning.

• Uphold health, safety, and conservation compliance.

Requirements

• Trails Guiding qualification

• Minimum 5 years guiding experience, including leadership roles.

• Extensive knowledge of local flora, fauna, and ecosystems.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Bushcraft, tracking, and safety certifications advantageous.

• Professional, reliable, and guest-focused.
