Requirements and duties that must be met: * Collect weekly vehicles / daily checklists and files * Manage chemicals stock levels * Stock Take * Receive all goods ordered * Arrange Couriers * Receive all incoming calls and assist with bookings * Do quotations / order and arrangement of deliveries / work for clients * Booking of teams for clients * Ordering of stock – management to verify (assist HR) * Ensure chemical room and cupboards are clean and tidy at all times * Be able to stand in during lunch time * Receive payments from clients / supervisor and make sure paperwork and calculation is in order Stock Controller R 8500.00 Reception / Office Admin R 10 500.00
