About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Site Building Manager to join our team on a 2-month contract in Saldanha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring their timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction sites and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to identify potential issues
- Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks to workers and the public
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction
- Civil Engineering diploma or degree
- SACPCMP and QNPA qualifications
- Must be immediately available
- Own reliable transport
