Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Service Delivery Coordination: Oversee client onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing service delivery to ensure high standards of quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities across consulting, accounting, and property management services.
  • Account Planning: Develop account plans that align with client needs and company goals, monitoring and reporting on client engagement and growth opportunities.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage client budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in collaboration with our accounting and finance teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial and operational activities adhere to South African regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
  • Data Management: Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, client feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Business Development Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or business development (preferably within financial services or consulting industries).
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Knowledge of South African financial and property management regulations.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to develop long-lasting client relationships and drive client satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM tools and accounting software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
