Key Responsibilities

Analysis and documentation of business processes
Testing & QA of business processes & productivity
Help define business process and activity SLAs
Liaise with business analysts & give input to business process design and modelling
Administer support systems
Administer team systems

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of business processes
Understanding of the organisation of a company
Data analysis skills
Must be analytical with good communication & interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office is essential (Excel)
Zoho knowledge is preferable
Data analysis, manipulation and insight generation is essential

Qualifications

Relevant Bachelor’s degree is Beneficial
Business analyst/process analysis qualification is beneficial
Six Sigma methodology and approach is preferable
Travel sector exposure, particularly tour operations is preferable
