Hire Resolve`s client, a well-established and highly reputable auditing and accounting firm based in Sandton, is currently seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their dynamic team. This firm is known for delivering top-tier financial solutions to a broad range of clients, ensuring compliance and excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies.
- Review and analyse financial statements in accordance with IFRS and relevant auditing standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, ensuring professional development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients based on audit findings.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
- Completed SAIPA, SAICA, or ACCA articles.
- Minimum of 3 years of audit experience within an accounting or auditing firm.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and relevant accounting principles.
- Proficiency in CaseWare and other relevant audit software.
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport (non-negotiable).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
