Key Focus Areas: Review and assess multiple trust entities within the property portfolio Ensure statutory compliance for each trust (Tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements) Oversee and finalise all relevant accounting and reporting obligations Work closely with management to ensure financial accuracy and governance across the group Requirements: Registered CA(SA) qualification (essential) Solid background in trust accounting , taxation , and statutory reporting Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Previous experience in the property sector will be an advantage This is a rare opportunity to contribute your expertise to a reputable property organisation while enjoying flexibility and project-based engagement.
