About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Associate to support the Business Development function at our client’s boutique hedge fund asset management firm in Sandton, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for investments, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Content Creation: Develop investment proposals, presentations, brochures, questionnaires, surveys and capability documents.
- Client Communication: Handle client queries professionally and provide clear, accurate information about our funds and investment strategies.
- Due Diligence Support: Assist with due diligence processes and prepare relevant materials for client meetings.
- Content Review: Oversee the creation and review of client-facing materials, ensuring they are accurate and high-quality.
- Report Management: Coordinate, review, and distribute monthly factsheets and quarterly reports to clients.
- Client Meetings: Occasionally attend client meetings, presenting relevant business content as needed.
- Project Management: Manage specific projects to enhance the efficiency of business development processes.
- ESG: Monthly and Quarterly reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in investment-related roles or business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for investments and understanding of investment performance and strategies.
