- Excellent service delivery to agents/guests
- 3-5+ years of inbound tour operating experience
- In-depth knowledge of Tourplan or similar booking systems
- Geographical, logistical, and product knowledge of South, Southern, or East Africa
- Willingness and aptitude to learn
- Familiarity with travel industry channels
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and WETU
- Data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) for decision-making
- Knowledge of different markets where andBeyond operates
- Strategic business understanding and commercial decision-making
- Sales processes and methodologies
- Problem-solving and creativity in crafting experiences
- Guest/Client satisfaction focus
- Personal growth and excellent communication skills
