Core Criteria:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital fundraising, ideally within the non-profit sector.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful digital fundraising campaigns.
- Experience with Google and Meta advertising/content policies, including campaign optimisation.

- Budgeting experience (preparing, presenting, and monitoring).
