About the Role
Innovation Advance is seeking a Groups & Incentives Operations Consultant to join our team in Sandton. As the heart of impact-driven travel, this role requires a unique blend of operational expertise and creative problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will thrive on complexity, variety, and making work truly matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute tailor-made land tours and incentive events
- Travel with groups to ensure flawless on-site delivery
- Manage travel files with sharp attention to profitability and quality
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
- Keep debtors in check and flag any risk early
- Ensure travel docs and operating schedules are prepped and polished
- Flag travel restrictions and keep group logistics compliant
- Be the go-to for emergencies — calm, clear, and on-call
- Suggest enhancements to elevate the guest experience
Requirements
- 4–5 years inbound consulting experience
- Deep regional knowledge of SA, Southern & East Africa
- Solid financial instincts — margins, modelling, and analysis
- Fierce attention to detail and admin excellence
- Laser focus under pressure and moving priorities
- Fluent in tech tools: Excel a must, Tourplan a bonus
