About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage medium to large sized company headcount
  • Provide HR support to employees and management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases
  • Prepare and process employee-related documents and reports

Requirements

  • Matric HR Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in managing medium to large sized Company headcount
  • SABPP or Equivalent Legislative Knowledge (BCEA/LRA)
  • CCMA Knowledge
  • Retail Industry Knowledge
  • Numerical Skills
  • Security industry knowledge

Qualifications

  • Matric HR Diploma or Equivalent
