About the Role
The HR Assistant role at Boardroom Appointments is a critical component of our recruitment and talent acquisition processes. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes in Workday, sourcing exceptional talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit exceptional talent to join rapidly growing teams
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in Workday, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer letters
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using multiple sourcing methods and platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Conduct background checks including criminal, credit, and reference checks for successful candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment strategies
Requirements

- Proven experience using Workday for recruitment and HR processes
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
