Job Description
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Recruit exceptional talent to join rapidly growing teams
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in Workday, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer letters
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using multiple sourcing methods and platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Conduct background checks including criminal, credit, and reference checks for successful candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment strategies
Onboarding
- Prepare and distribute onboarding packs for new hires
- Coordinate onboarding sessions including scheduling and room bookings
- Facilitate system access such as cards and face recognition and ensure smooth integration of new employees
- Deliver onboarding presentations to introduce company culture, policies, and processes
- Send personalised welcome emails to new hires prior to start date
- Ensure new hire readiness by confirming tools, systems, and resources are set up before Day 1
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of HR data and capture information in
- HR systems in line with procedures
- Support HR reporting and compliance requirements including Employment Equity submissions
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as required
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external stakeholders
Offboarding
- Schedule and conduct exit interviews
- Prepare termination documentation and ensure compliance with processes
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in HR administration with a strong recruitment focus
- Proven experience using Workday for recruitment and HR processes
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in HR Management or related field
