About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Sales New Vehicle to lead our new vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive market trends and competitors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to promote used vehicle inventory
- Manage inventory levels and ensure vehicles are priced competitively
- Provide training and support to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Qualifications
