Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s Client is seeking dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager is needed to lead content marketing, digital strategy, and execution within the Auto Cluster. The role focuses on product marketing, lead generation, client retention, and brand elevation in the competitive automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with seasonal trends and market conditions.
- Contribute at a senior management level to align marketing initiatives with business strategy and industry dynamics.
- Lead content creation and optimization across digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic traffic.
- Ensure integration of marketing efforts with commercial and product strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
2. Lead Generation, Retention & Product Marketing
- Implement lead generation, client retention, and product marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media advertising) to drive engagement and attract qualified leads.
- Optimize conversion paths and user journeys through effective content and CRM strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to improve marketing effectiveness.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align marketing strategies with business objectives by working closely with management, commercial, product, and analytics teams.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for enhanced campaign execution.
4. Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management
- Use marketing technology tools (Google Analytics, Meta & LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations through regular reporting.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Certifications: Professional digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in mid-to-senior digital marketing roles within B2B/B2C industries, focusing on content marketing, lead generation, and product marketing (automotive experience advantageous).
- Strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work with individuals at different levels of seniority.
- Knowledge of the South African automotive industry is beneficial.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, digital analytics, martech tools).
