About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join their team in Sandton. This role requires a strong cultural fit and shares their goals, with a focus on delivering results through innovative and creative solutions. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, self-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support for all our client’s products and services.
- Logging and managing projects/tasks in a ticketing system through to resolution.
- Liaising with the Development Team to analyse and resolve issues.
- Facilitating client on boarding through basic project management.
- Coordinating with internal and external support teams.
- Conducting final-stage product testing for quality assurance.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and customers.
- Attending meetings and preparing minutes or presentations as needed.
- Creating training materials and release notes.
- Training new users on our client’s products.
- Managing disputes related to product misuse.
- Communicating rollout status and updates to all stakeholders.
- Monitoring system performance, escalating issues, and reporting downtime.
- Liaising with technicians, contractors, and sales teams to ensure project efficiency.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all project office activities to provide cover when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of prior working experience as a Production Coordinator is required.
- Must be highly computer literate with above-average MS Office skills.
- Experience in the financial services sector is considered an advantage.
- Own transport is essential, as travel to clients may be required.
Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
Salary – R20 – R50K depending on experience.
