Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of SAP FI experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable.
Proven experience in SAP AR implementations in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of customer account management, payment processing, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities:
-Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP AR solutions tailored to banking operations.
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable SAP AR solutions.
Manage customer master data, incoming payments, dunning processes, and reconciliation activities.
Integrate SAP AR with external banking systems (e.g., SWIFT, payment gateways, treasury platforms).
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audit controls.
Provide leadership and guidance to SAP AR consultants and support teams.
Oversee testing, training, and change management activities.
Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
SAP FI or S/4HANA Finance Certification.
Experience with SAP FSCM (Collections, Dispute Management, Credit Management).
Familiarity with South African banking regulations and financial compliance standards.
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is required
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
Strong knowledge of financial processes, regulatory reporting, and banking integrations.
