dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving successful CRM strategies, improving business processes, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation
o Lead discovery and design sessions to understand client requirements.
o Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects,
automations (flows, Apex classes), integrations, and data migrations.
o Design scalable data models and process automations using Salesforce best
practices.
- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
o Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing
clear and concise communication.
o Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project alignment and
objectives are met.
o Provide comprehensive user training and post-implementation support.
- Project Management and Documentation:
o Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
o Create detailed solution documentation, including process narratives, system
design, and user guides.
o Assess and implement enhancements to Salesforce environments for
continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:
o Guide and mentor junior consultants, supporting their technical growth and
professional development.
o Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to uplift team capabilities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience.
- Background in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex implementations.
- Exposure to industries such as finance, social enterprise, or IT services
- Proficient in Salesforce Configuration and Customization (Flows, Apex, Process
Builder, etc.) - Experience with data management, reporting, and integrations
- Knowledge of automation tools and data migration strategies.
- Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into
actionable solutions. - Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce training and user adoption
strategies. - Proficient in managing change, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Skilled in solution design, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
o Salesforce Certified Administrator
o Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
o Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
o Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
o Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
