JOB DESCRIPTION Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile principles and practices. Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team Ensure the team meets sprint goals and delivers high-quality products. Monitor and track team performance using Agile metrics. Remove impediments that hinder team progres Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Implement feedback from retrospectives to enhance team performance Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations. Ensure alignment between the team and stakeholders on project goals Ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles. Customize Agile processes to fit the team`s needs. Maintain and improve Agile tools and artifacts JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field is required. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required. Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI-ACP is an advantage. Experience Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Proven experience in leading Scrum teams, preferably in insurance or finance related fields.
