Sandton: Surgical Sales Representative

Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years experience in Trauma/Orthopedic is essential Experience in building and maintaining relationships with orthopedic surgeons & hospitals in respective areas Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff Promote and sell the companys range of orthopedic medical products and devices Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers Achieve sales targets and grow the assigned territorys revenue Provide technical product support during surgical procedures, when required Analyze and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize opportunities Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies Consultant: Thandi Speelman – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
