Temporary Chief Financial Officer needed to develop and oversee the implementation of the Financial processes and systems. The role is also responsible for ensuring the effective financial management in line with PFMA and Treasury Regulations. KPA: 1. Develop the financial strategy and give input into the organisational strategy. 2. Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to raise additional funding together with the Marketing and Production Department. 3. Develop, implement and maintain the financial systems. 4. Manage Supply Chain to comply with Treasury regulations. 5. Manage Financial Compliance in line with Treasury Regulations. 6. Manage the internal controls/Risk Management Requirements: 1. Post Graduate degree in Finances or related required. 2. 5-8 years relevant financial experience in the Public Sector. 3. Extensive knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, GRAP standards and PPPFA.
