Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Coordinate and manage projects, budgets, and timelines
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
- Participate in meetings and presentations as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in strategic planning
- 2 years experience in a senior/lead role advantageous
- Proficient in MS Project and Primavera
- Experience in the Engineering and Construction phase of planning within the chemical/petrochemical/oil and gas sector.
- Valid code E/EB drivers license
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
