Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, scanning, data entry, answering phones, processing mail (physical and electronic), document shredding, and office procurement. Handle communications with vendors via phone, email, and in person. Process transactions and update ledgers. Prepare basic financial reports and reconciliations. Assist with queries, audits, fact-checking, and resolving discrepancies. Perform other tasks as required by the team. Skills and Attributes Required Proficiency in IT, especially MS Office; experience with accounting software is advantageous. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong typing and numeracy skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Good organisational, record-keeping, and time management skills. Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
