- Provide technical guidance on system and workflow best practices.
- Assist staff with troubleshooting client-specific logs.
- Handle and escalate customer requests and complaints.
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Translate client requirements into specifications for the development team.

- 1+ years of IT and/or business qualification.
- Background in the fruit industry (advantageous).

- Teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
