Job Summary
Pawfect Pals, a dynamic pet shop with branches in Somerset West and Bothasig, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pets, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product recommendations, handling transactions, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and clean.Key
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers with their purchases- Provide expert advice on pet products and care- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions- Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays- Assist in managing inventory and restocking shelves
Requirements:
