This dynamic, hands-on role will support the Lodge Manager in the smooth running of daily lodge operations, ensuring that all departments work seamlessly to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will assist in managing and developing the team, maintaining high hospitality standards, and ensuring efficient coordination across housekeeping, front-of-house, F&B, and guest relations. The position requires a proactive, service-driven individual who thrives in a remote safari setting and enjoys being part of a collaborative leadership team dedicated to excellence. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Administration or Hospitality. Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably at a safari lodge or remote luxury resort. Strong leadership and communication skills to assist in managing and motivating a diverse team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Knowledge of wildlife, local culture, and safari operations is an advantage. Ability to adapt to remote living and challenging environments. Proficiency in reservations, reporting, and communication software. Solid track record with contactable references.
