Your day-to-day

Brewing and serving coffee with consistency and creativity
Being that first warm “hello” our guests remember
Keeping your station as polished as your latte art
Managing stock levels so the flow never stops
Teaming up with F&B colleagues to deliver seamless service

What we’re looking for

Matric (Grade 12)
At least 2 years’ Barista experience (hotel, upmarket café or restaurant)
South African ID or valid work permit
Confidence with espresso machines, grinders and milk texturing (latte art is a plus)
Passion for people, coffee and making moments special
Calm and upbeat under pressure
Flexibility with early mornings, weekends and public holidays
Professional grooming and great communication skills
