Job Title: Simcorp Dimension
Relocation role
Location: Qatar (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Simcorp Dimension to support and enhance
our use of the SimCorp Dimension (SCD) platform, a leading investment management
system. This role involves working closely with business users, operations teams, and IT
to ensure the platform is configured, supported, and optimized to meet business
requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the configuration, customization, and support of SimCorp Dimension
modules (e.g., IBOR, ABOR, Compliance, Performance, Reporting).
Support daily operations, including trade processing, settlement, valuations,
reconciliations, and reporting tasks within the platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across modules and
interfaces.
Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them
into system configurations or enhancements.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and SimCorp consultants for upgrades,
patches, and system improvements.
Ensure data integrity across internal and external interfaces (e.g., custodians,
Bloomberg, SWIFT).
Participate in testing, implementation, and validation of changes and new
features.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configuration, and user support
materials.
Train and support end-users in leveraging SimCorp functionality efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience:
45+ years of experience working with SimCorp Dimension in a business,
functional, or technical capacity.
Strong knowledge of investment operations, including trade lifecycle, cash &
position management, NAV, compliance, or accounting.
Experience with data analysis, SQL, and basic scripting (e.g., Python, VBA, or
SimCorp-specific tools).
Familiarity with enterprise system interfaces, financial data sources, and
operational workflows.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in asset management, insurance, banking, or a financial
software company.
Understanding of SimCorp modules like Compliance Manager, Investment Book
of Record (IBOR), or Data Warehouse.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure or digital transformation initiatives.
