Block / Facilities Administrator Join a growing remote team supporting residential property management across the UK Fully remote (South Africa) | UK working hours | R25,000 per month About Our Client Our client is a UK-based property management company specialising in the administration and compliance of residential and mixed-use blocks. With a commitment to professional service delivery and operational excellence, they offer a supportive, remote-first environment where team members can grow within a fast-paced industry. The Role: Block / Facilities Administrator This fully remote role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of a UK-wide portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties. You’ll work closely with property and block managers to keep buildings compliant and well-maintained, while serving as a central point of contact for residents and contractors. The position requires strong organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a dynamic remote environment. Key Responsibilities Bring at least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in property or block management Support block and facilities management teams with day-to-day admin tasks Maintain accurate records, compliance logs, and building documentation Handle resident queries professionally via email and phone Coordinate with contractors for repairs, maintenance, and inspections Track ongoing works, updates, and facilities issues Assist with service charge invoicing, budget updates, and basic financial tracking Help manage compliance, health & safety documents, and audit prep About You 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a property-related environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting Familiarity with UK property compliance, service charges, or block management is a plus Reliable home office setup with own laptop and stable internet connection Available to work Monday to Friday, 08:0017:00 UK time
