Job Description

A leading international gaming technology provider is seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and establish a strong market presence across the North African region. This is a crucial role for expanding our B2B segment and forging long-term partnerships with iGaming operators and other key industry players.

Responsibilities: 

  • Market Entry & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients (operators, platforms, etc.) across the North African market.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to conducting negotiations, preparing commercial offers, and ultimately closing high-value deals.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the regional iGaming sector.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to track trends, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive and aligned with market needs.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams to align strategies, relay partner feedback, and ensure seamless delivery and execution of contracts.

  • Representation: Represent the company at major industry exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings, often requiring regional and international travel.

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and pipeline progress for senior management.


Minimum Requirements: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Partnership Management within the iGaming/Gaming industry.

  • Industry Network: Must possess a strong professional network of contacts within the gambling/iGaming sector (e.g., operators, platforms, aggregators).

  • Expertise: Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including products like Sportsbook, Casino, and the technology/platform solutions that support them.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Language: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Arabic, French) is a significant advantage.

  • Self-Management: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote capacity.
