Live-In Position

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Camp Manager to join a luxury private wildlife reserve located in the breathtaking Kalahari. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on and service-driven individual looking to immerse themselves in an exclusive safari setting while managing the day-to-day operations of a high-end camp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring seamless guest experiences
  

• Manage and support staff across all departments to maintain high standards of service
  

• Uphold and implement health and safety protocols throughout the property
  

• Coordinate and manage guest arrivals, departures and in-house activities
  

• Maintain strong communication with Head Office and senior management
  

• Manage stock levels, ordering and general camp administration
  

• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members
  

• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar camp or lodge management role
  

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  

• Sound knowledge of hospitality and guest service operations
  

• Comfortable living and working in a remote bush environment
  

• A passion for nature, wildlife and conservation
  

• Strong administrative and computer literacy skills
