Job Description

The Change Manager will lead the change management efforts for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring successful adoption across business units. This role will focus on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and business readiness to minimize disruption and maximize the benefits of the new ERP system.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and execute a structured change management strategy tailored to SAP S/4HANA transition.
Conduct impact assessments to understand the effect of system changes on various business units.
Engage with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across leadership, business users, and project teams.
Design and implement communication plans to inform employees about changes, expectations, and benefits.
Oversee training initiatives, ensuring users are adequately prepared for the new system.
Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and business leaders to align change initiatives with overall project goals.
Monitor adoption rates and business readiness, providing regular reports on change progress.
Identify and address resistance to change, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
Ensure compliance with change management best practices and methodologies.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelors degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
Project Management qualification
5+ years of experience in change management, preferably within an SAP or ERP implementation environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in large-scale enterprise change initiatives, particularly in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
