Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at a prestigious luxury lodge in the Cederberg Region. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated chef to showcase their skills in a refined, five-star environment.

Package:

• Salary: R8,500 R9,500 (Negotiable, DOE)

• Live-out position

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a five-star property

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation

• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes

• Strong organisational and time management skills

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard

• Supporting senior chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen

• Maintaining hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times

• Contributing to menu development and creative food presentation

• Ensuring consistency and quality across all meals served
