About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end claims process for personal and commercial lines
Assess, approve, and oversee complex, high-value, and escalated claims
Lead and support the claims team to meet service and compliance standards
Plan operational capacity and manage workloads across the department
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
Maintain accurate claims records and ensure audit readiness

Requirements

Matric qualification
NQF Level 4 Short Term Insurance RE5 certification
FAIS compliant
Minimum 5 years proven experience in short-term insurance claims and management
Valid drivers license and own transport
