About the Role

The Recruitment Pro is seeking an experienced Contracts Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction, data center management, and FIDIC knowledge. We offer a permanent position with relocation assistance, a competitive salary, and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage contracts for major projects
  • Develop and implement contract strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery
  • Provide expert advice on construction law and regulations
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers

Requirements

  • 10 – 15 years of experience as a Contracts Director
  • Experience in building data centers, super structure experience, multi-storey building
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Formal education/certifications not specified

Salary & Benefits

  • Package between 120,000 – 140,000 per annum
  • Housing paid for by company
  • Bonuses as well
