About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Receptionists to join our team at CP Personnel in Midrand. As a front office receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors
- Manage guest information and check-in/check-out procedures
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the front office team
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel environment
- Hotel school diploma (or equivalent)
