About the Role

Surge Staffing Solutions are seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Botswana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large infrastructure projects, particularly roads and bridges. This is a 2-year contract-based role with the possibility of going permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee very large infrastructure projects (Roads and Bridges)
  • Manage contracts for a large contractor
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • B-Tech Civil degree or equivalent
  • At least 20 years of experience in the construction industry
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager
  • Experience in managing large infrastructure projects (Roads and Bridges) is highly recommended
  • ERB or PMI certification will be taken into consideration

Qualifications

  • B-Tech Civil degree from a recognized institution
