About the Role
Surge Staffing Solutions are seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Botswana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large infrastructure projects, particularly roads and bridges. This is a 2-year contract-based role with the possibility of going permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee very large infrastructure projects (Roads and Bridges)
- Manage contracts for a large contractor
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- B-Tech Civil degree or equivalent
- At least 20 years of experience in the construction industry
- At least 5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager
- Experience in managing large infrastructure projects (Roads and Bridges) is highly recommended
- ERB or PMI certification will be taken into consideration
Qualifications
- B-Tech Civil degree from a recognized institution
