Support business decision-making through financial analysis. Manage relationships with banks, Auditors, regulators, and tax authorities. Lead and develop the finance team. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required. Minimum 810 years senior finance experience, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of Tanzanian financial regulations and tax laws. ERP system experience (e.g., SAP and Oracle).
