About the Role
Join a reputable and leading service provider in the Oil, Gas, and Energy industry! We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our team and assist with data capturing of candidate profiles and uploading supporting documentation via our in-house portal. This is a full-time office-based position at our Durbanville office, with working hours 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture large volumes of candidate data via our in-house portal.
- Store and track confidential documents related to candidates.
- Send emails to candidates requesting missing information or additional documentation.
Requirements
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
- Previous computer experience essential, including Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, and working with PDF files.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Afrikaans.
