Join a reputable and leading service provider in the Oil, Gas, and Energy industry! We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our team and assist with data capturing of candidate profiles and uploading supporting documentation via our in-house portal. This is a full-time office-based position at our Durbanville office, with working hours 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. What we’re looking for: • Someone who thrives on accuracy and loves ticking tasks off their list. • Must reside in or near Durbanville and have own reliable transport. • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Afrikaans. • Fast typing speed with high accuracy. • Previous computer experience essential, including Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, and working with PDF files. • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management skills. Your responsibilities will include: • Capturing large volumes of candidate data via our in-house portal. • Storing and tracking confidential documents related to candidates. • Sending emails to candidates requesting missing information or additional documentation.
