About the Role

The Dealer Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in achieving organisational goals by maintaining and growing existing sales volumes within the VAPs division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing Credit Life, Adcover, Renewtech, Warranties and Service and Maintenance Plans to both existing and new corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Credit Life, Adcover, Renewtech, Warranties and Service and Maintenance Plans to existing and new corporate clients
  • Achieve monthly set targets and penetrate the market for new business
  • Maintain a continuous professional relationship with existing and new corporate clients
  • Client training and capability building
  • Client performance management and reporting
  • Client compliance, risk and quality assurance
  • Customer experience support

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of sales experience in short-term insurance
  • Understanding of the Financial Advisory & Intermediary Act
  • Knowledge of Fit & Proper requirements

Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate in Sales and Marketing (advantageous)
  • Valid Drivers license
