Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Duty Manager / Front of House Manager for a luxury safari lodge in KwaZulu Natal
This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious lodge where you will ensure exceptional guest experiences, seamless front-of-house operations, and effective daily management of lodge activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 23 years experience in hospitality management or front-of-house supervision

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Computer literacy (MS Office, lodge management/reservation systems)

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve challenges effectively

• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays as required

Preferred / Advantageous:

• Previous experience in a safari lodge or remote hospitality environment

• Knowledge of financial administration including billing, cash-up, and stock control

• Understanding of food and beverage service standards

• Valid drivers licence

Package:

• Competitive salary: R14,000 per month, negotiable DOE
