Job Description
- Electrical Systems Design: Develop electrical system designs and specifications for building projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and other related electrical systems.
- Construction Support: Provide technical support during the construction phase, responding to inquiries, reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Bill Of Quantity Production.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks on electrical designs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
Qualifications
- BSc/BEng/BTech/ND Electrical Engineering
Skills
- 5 – 10 years` experience in the Building Construction Industry
- Ability to correct Consultant Electrical Layouts.
- Ability to Produce Shop Drawings from Consultant Layouts.
- Basic ELV Knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, lighting design, fire alarm systems, and other building-related electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of Revit
