About the Role

A well-established consulting firm based in Woodmead is seeking a dynamic and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. This is a contract, office-based role suited to an energetic and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Take minutes at executive and general meetings
  • Handle calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field (advantageous)
  • 2–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar C-suite support role
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to operational sites when required
  • Clean criminal record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
