Whats on the menu?

Full kitchen managementordering, stock control, cost management and administration

Designing delectable menus and executing them to world-class standards

Training, mentoring and inspiring a team of chefs

Upholding the highest hygiene and HACCP standards

Ideal Ingredients:

?? Minimum 5+ years as an Executive Chef in a luxury lodge/hotel environment

? Recognised degree or diploma in culinary arts

? Prior experience working in Africas wilderness lodges preferred

? Strong communication skills in English (basic Setswana a bonus!)

? Creative flair, initiative, and organisational prowess

? Excellent leadership and guest-relations skills
